Carrier of the project: European foundation for self-expulsion of artists and philosophers from home countries with cooporation of government of New Europe (knowhow) and the Kačinski twins (field for reservation and barbed wire).

Denunciation:

- Public auto-denouncement of a former state artist, exploiter of state budget and brakeman of progress, kvazi interdisciplinary artist and many years' immigrant, Goran Međugorac.
- Short acknowledgment to Cultural nunciation RS and public denouncement of the charlatan, plagiarist, kvazi writer and many years' immigrant, Andrej Morović.
- Public appeal to attend presentation of an official claim of the ex-state artist Goran Međugorac for the erasure from the report of »Free-lance artists on the cultural field with rights to payment from the state budget« at the Ministry for culture RS and the erasure of kvazi writer Andrej Morović. Along with the retroactive dispossession of all unearned privileges connected with this status and with the detailed review of the caused damage to the economic potential of RS.

Public auction of preference shares of AKC Metelkova City by the principle seen – bought.
Pure profit from the public auction will be divided 50-50 between the European foundation for self-expulsion of artists and philosophers from home countries and the Fund for re-animation of the budget of Municipality of Ljubljana. To avoid financial bypasses and machinations with the AKC Metelkova City's real-estates by temporary users, will the preference share, the so called cardinal share, be imparted to Municipality of Ljubljana.
In cooperation with the Alcatraz Gallery, KUD Mreža and SOT 24,5 – club of the YHD association.

Exhibition of photos of global stockholders of AKC Metelkova City from the Biennale in Sao Paolo (Brasil), public and mutual auto-denunciation of two artists. Also a public auction of the second bundle of preference shares of AKC Metelkova City by the principle seen – bought.
